Educate with Diversity was founded by Audrey Sebastiao, an award-winning DEI leader, educator, jurist, and author. Audrey has worked across three continents\u2014Africa, Europe, and the USA\u2014gaining insights into different teaching styles and perspectives. Working with diverse people in these different regions, combined with her own experiences as a minority educator, has inspired her to champion change. This has led her to create innovative strategies and resources that address the unique challenges faced by diverse student populations.<\/p>\n

Karim Bettayeb is a teacher specialized in supporting students with special educational needs, holding a degree in literature and social sciences. He draws inspiration from the alternative pedagogies of Paulo Freire and C\u00e9lestin Freinet to promote a more inclusive and emancipatory school environment. After organizing three anti-racist conferences for educational staff, he co-authored a book on anti-racist pedagogy and regularly leads workshops and conferences on strategies and tools for deconstructing stereotypes related to race, gender, and class with children. Additionally, after pursuing studies in affective and sexual education, he became responsible for advocacy and awareness-raising within an organization focused on inclusive sexual health. Currently, he teaches in Los Angeles and is in charge of the effective education program at a middle school.<\/p>\n

His belief that every individual is unique and deserves access to education drives his work. This commitment inspired him to establish schools in Angola, providing opportunities to underserved communities.<\/p>\n
As the Vice President of the Felifeli Foundation, Felipe helps children worldwide access essential resources for a brighter future. Additionally, he founded an online media platform dedicated to promoting diversity and amplifying the voices of minorities, empowering them to express their creativity through art and business.<\/p>\n
